University Food Service is pleased to provide excellent food
and service to its students, faculty and staff through a wide variety of
dining options. University Food Service manages all food operations on campus
including: residence hall dining, numerous retail operations, catering and
concessions.
Mission Statement
The purpose of University Food Service is to offer customers the best dining
experience possible, using the highest quality products to provide a wide
variety of foods and services at a reasonable price. We are committed to
student needs, keeping abreast of changing trends in the food service industry
and furthering the educational mission of the University.
Whether it is a gourmet catered event, a sandwich in one of our fine retail
restaurants or a home cooked meal in our residence dining rooms; only the best
food is purchased and prepared. Our staff works exceptionally hard to
